Ramps & Radishes was born out of the horror Jessica experienced watching her health-conscious friends eat the same grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli and brown rice day in and day out. It began in Jessica's kitchen, where she would make what struck her fancy, package it up, and give it to her friends who were training for physique and body-building competitions. Quickly rather than slowly, Ramps & Radishes gained a following.
